The PH Process— Living by Design, Not by Conditioning
The PH Process is Dr. Serena Wadhwa’s signature coaching framework, built on 25 years of clinical training, lived experience, and the integration of Eastern and Western perspectives to help individuals discover their subjective harmony and align with their core truth.
What is the PH Process?
The foundation
The PH Process is a transformational coaching framework created by Dr. Serena Wadhwa, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) and Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), to empower individuals to live by design rather than by conditioning. Grounded in over 25 years of clinical practice, personal experience, and spiritual development, the PH Process integrates Eastern philosophical perspectives with Western psychological methods into a single, cohesive approach to lasting personal change. It is not a program you move through once. It is a way of relating to yourself that changes how you move through everything else. The PH Process is available to individuals located anywhere in the United States through virtual coaching sessions with Dr. Serena.
What does subjective harmony mean?
At the heart of the PH Process is the concept of subjective harmony — your individual balance in life that aligns with your core truth. Not anyone else's version of balance. Yours. This is the balance between the external world's messages, expectations, conditions, and rules — and the Self that feels just out of reach in reality. The work of the PH Process is closing that gap, not by forcing change, but by evolving slowly, steadily, and authentically at a pace that feels safe and genuinely yours. Most people who seek out the PH Process describe a feeling of disconnection — like they are living someone else's life, following someone else's rules, or stuck in a pattern they cannot seem to break no matter how hard they try. The PH Process helps you understand why that pattern exists, what it is protecting, and how to move through it with clarity and confidence.
How the PH Process is different from other coaching approaches
Most coaching frameworks lean heavily in one direction — either entirely practical and action-focused, or entirely philosophical and reflective. The PH Process does both, in a sequence that honors each person's pace, readiness, and individual truth. Sessions are collaborative, not prescriptive. Dr. Serena does not tell you what to do. She gives you the framework, the space, and the support to figure out what is right for you. You create your own affirmations based on prompts she provides. You design the experiments and action steps together. You decide the pace. This approach is grounded in Dr. Serena's clinical training in Gestalt therapy, existential psychology, and substance use counseling — disciplines that take the whole person seriously, not just the presenting problem.
Who is the PH Process for?
The PH Process is for individuals who feel stuck, disconnected, or caught between who they are and who they feel they are supposed to be. It is especially effective for people who have tried other coaching or therapy approaches and found them either too surface-level, too prescriptive, or too focused on symptom management rather than deeper alignment.
You may benefit from the PH Process if you are experiencing one or more of the following.
- Chronic stress, burnout, or compassion fatigue that is not resolving despite your efforts
- Repeating patterns in relationships, work, or behavior that you cannot seem to break
- A sense of disconnection from your own values, identity, or sense of purpose
- Life transitions that have left you feeling unmoored or uncertain about what comes next
- Anxiety, overwhelm, or a persistent sense that something is off even when life looks fine from the outside
- A desire for deeper personal growth that goes beyond goal-setting and productivity
The PH Process is not clinical counseling. It is coaching, and it is available to individuals located anywhere in the United States.
Programs built on the PH Process
Each program below applies the PH Process to a specific area of personal transformation. Programs are structured, supported experiences — not courses you watch alone. You work directly with Dr. Serena through guided sessions, reflective exercises, and practical action steps.
Harmonizing the Pendulum
Learn to work with stress instead of against it. Understand your stress patterns, build awareness around your triggers, and develop a sustainable relationship with the demands of your life. This program is grounded in Dr. Serena's Stress Intelligence framework, developed over more than two decades of clinical practice.
Blocks to Change
Identify and move through the internal barriers — behavioral, emotional, cognitive, and environmental — that keep you stuck in repeating cycles. Understand why change feels hard and develop the clarity and tools to move forward with confidence.
Resolution Reframe
A transformational approach to goal setting that moves beyond willpower. Align your intentions with your values, energy, and core truth for lasting results rather than short-term effort that fades. Launching September 2026.
Sugar Sobriety
A process-based approach to understanding your relationship with sugar and the emotional and behavioral patterns connected to it — moving toward freedom, balance, and genuinely aligned choices.
