FULL bio — 50 words

Dr. Dr. Serena Wadhwa is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC), transformational coach, published author, and wellness speaker with over 20 years of clinical and coaching experience. She is the founder of TriQual Living Center in Chicago, Illinois, a practice built on the integrative belief that real healing must address mind, body, and soul together. Dr. Serena works with individuals who look like they have it all together on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or out of alignment on the inside. Through her signature PH Process, she guides clients in uncovering their core truth, breaking repeating patterns, and creating lives that feel authentically their own. Her approach is collaborative, never prescriptive. She guides, not advises. She suggests, not directs. Her clinical expertise spans stress and burnout, anxiety, compassion fatigue, moral injury, substance use and process addiction, and life transitions. She is the creator of several transformational coaching frameworks including Stress Intelligence, Blocks to Change, and Resolution Reframe, and is the author of multiple published books with additional titles in development. As a speaker, Dr. Serena brings clinical authority and deep human warmth to every stage and workshop. She has presented for corporations, educational institutions, and community organizations on topics including burnout prevention, authentic leadership, emotional wellness, and living by design rather than by conditioning. Dr. Serena believes that every person carries the wisdom they need to heal. Her role is simply to help them find it.
